FDM : Access denied Error

Hi ,
I have changed my ADMIN password of my computer.

After that my FDQM is giving this error :
Error: Access is denied.

Why FDQM behaves in such a weird way.
I almost completed all the 4 steps of my workflow and then i got this error.

Could anyone help me out ?
Tony, any suggestions on this one.
