FCCS Smartview #No Connection error when trying to use HsSet/HsGet Value - resolved

3532153Aug 30 2017 — edited Aug 30 2017

Hi,

Unable to use Smart View functions in FCCS Smart View

We have a FCCS Smart View connectivity query on a project which is delaying data migration, which one of you may have come across and we would appreciate your help please. We are unable to connect to a HsSet/HsGet queries within Smart View on both our TEST and PROD pods on 2 different domains. Connecting to Smart View Ad hocs, Reports, webforms etc. is fine and one instance of the Smart view connection (installed locally on a client virtual machine) configured managed to send values (HsSet) values and receive (HsGet) values fine but the other 5 users could not connect. Have any of you experienced issues related to FCCS Smart View thus far in relation to Smart View functions?

So far we have done the following:

  1. Established a private connection
  2. Uninstalled and reinstalled Smart View
  3. Cleared internet history
  4. Rebuilt the query using function builder
  5. Deletion all know Smart View connections and sheets

Smart View version:

  1. 11.1.2.5.700 (Build 087)

Build Date: Apr 6 2017 15:57:06

Thanks in advance.

Mick
