Fatal No bootable Medium Found System halted

Hi Friends...

I am trying to install 11g r2 on OEL 5.7 , I have downloaded zip and iso files respectively....

I have copied the iso files .. on dvd and in the virtual tool box when I started the virtual machine newly created and inserted the DVD containing the .iso file of oel , it is giving the error..

FATAL : No bootable medium found ! system halted...

When I have kept the boot sequence dvd, and than harddisk.... I even tried by burning into the DVD and still I am getting the same error...

What is the Reason...
