[FATAL] [INS-30131] Initial setup required for the execution of installer validations failed.

When I install ORACLE DATABASE 11.2 on Centos 7 getting an error below:

Preparing to launch Oracle Universal Installer from /tmp/OraInstall2016-12-12_11-53-48AM.

[FATAL] [INS-30131] Initial setup required for the execution of installer validations failed.

   CAUSE: Failed to access the temporary location.

   ACTION: Ensure that the current user has required permissions to access the temporary location.

please help me fix this error.
