Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

i have read hundreds of threads on this, over a week and still havent found the solution.

I have 4GB RAM, 1 TB Hard Disk, WindowsXP Desktop.
I have Installed Java SE 7 Update 5, Java (TM) 7 Update 5, NetBeans 7.2 RC 1, Java FX 2.1.1, JavaFX SDK 2.1.1, and JavaFX SceneBuilder 1.0 in the same order.

But everytime I try to launch Scenebuilder I get the following error:

"Fatal Error: Could not create Java Virtual Machine (JVM). The Program Will exit."

i have removed all the componets and re=installed in the same order and rebooted but the same error occurs.

I have even pointed the PATH and CLASSPATH variables manually to the specified folders, yet this problem persists.

Is Scenebuilder not Compatible with Windows XP? i have visited hundreds of forums for a fortnight and still havent found a solution.

So kindly help me! please!
