Fatal error: Cannot find class java/lang/StackOverflowError - JDev 10.1.3

Hi,
I've downloaded the JDeveloper 10.1.3 Full installation.
Whenever I run any application I get "Fatal error: Cannot find class java/lang/StackOverflowError" error message.
It doesn't matter it's a JSP page, a HTML ,... just receive this error.
I tryed re-installing with both migrating and not migrating from previous version option at the first run. But still the same error.

Please help me figure it out.
