Fastest way to copy a schema to other.

Hi Guys

Oracle11gr2
OEL 5

I have a requirement to copy a schema to other. I do not have the linux access to the sever hosting the database. So i guess datapump cant be used. conventional exp/imp takes too much time. Any other way i can achive the goal ? What is the best way. can i copy all the object using dblink(views , tables triggers , procedure etc)

PS: Both the schema are in same database.
