I am trying to install Oracle 12c R2 on Linux 6.7 64-bit.
Every time the netca or the installer is trying to create a Listener process, it returns the following error message:
Use another port number.
The information provided for this listener is currently in use by other software on this computer. You can proceed with the configuration as it is, but it will not be possible to start his listener until the conflict is resolved. Would you like to continues with the cofniguration anyway?
This message appears regardless of what port number I set for the Listener.
When I check the processes, no process is actually listening to any of the specified ports.
Could you help please?
