Failure to install "Online Store" Application and Sample Code

The following error occurs when trying to install into Apex
the imported online_store_installer_1.0.sql file,
of the "Online Store" Application and Sample Code,
downloaded yesterday from:

http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/packaged_apps/packaged_apps.html#STORE

I had created beforehand the USER "eshop".

I have Apex Version 3.1.1

1 error has occurred
NOT COMPATIBLE (Your export may contain calls not supported by your application version.)
