Failure of Server APACHE Bridge

I am getting the below error once in a while accessing Workspace. I am on 11.1.2
Failure of Server APACHE Bridge:
No Backend server available for connection : timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF."
I searched and checked the below thread

Thought of having a look at the files mentioned in the above thread which are
HYSL-Weblogic.conf
iisproxy.ini
But I am find these file in my environment. we are using Windows 2008 server.
Please let me know the path of these files.
