Failed to start or download Secure Global Desktop Client Component - help!

Hi,

I'm having a problem logging in to the Sun Secure Global Desktop.

This is the full error message:

"Failed to start or download Secure Global Desktop Client Component

This may be due to your web browser security settings.

If problems persist, contact a Secure Global Desktop Administrator."

I have added it as an exception in my internet security settings but that has made no difference. This is incredibly frustrating because there are no solutions available on the internet either other than to change internet security settings which I have done already.

Any help would be appreciated.
