'Failed to start a managed process after the maximum retry limit' - error while starting Oracle BI S

After starting the weblogic server and managed weblogic server, while I'm trying to start Oracle BI System Components with command opmnctl startall, I was getting the following error as shown in the screenshot below (in the link).

Earlier, it was working fine. Suddenly the issue has started. When I tried to google the issue, in the following link http://www.askjohnobiee.com/2012/11/fyi-opmnctl-failed-to-start-managed.html. the author was mentioning to change the ulimit, but couldn't follow it as I was unable to find the description mentioned.


Please help me in resolving this issue
