failed to open control file

Hi,
I have a strange error when i do the Backup. This backup will get done through job schedular( it automatically start).

When i see the log it says that :

Failed to open file <E:\Database\control\CTL2TSI.ORA>, RC=5, access is denied.

I just want to know, why this control file is failing when i do the backup ?
