I have 4 server Hyperion Environment.
Server 1 : Oracle DB (AIX)
Server 2: Hyperion Foundation/Web (AIX)
Server 3: Essbase Server (AIX)
Server 4: EPMA +FDMEE (WIN 2012)
I was able to successfully configure Server 2, Server 4 but when I try to configure Essbase Server I get the usual Failed to Navigate Registry Error.
- I understand this could be due to insufficient privileges on schema but I have already granted connect,create view,create tables, create session,resource ,unlimited tablespace to SharedServiceSchema.
- I have validated the permission for the location where I am configuring and it is 750 on /oraessbase . This is the location where I have installed. It has permission on the entire mount point.
- I have validated the hostnames resolution. They are correctly pointing to the Service IP address of the system.
- It does not generate any error in the user_projects folder. It does not even create the epmsystem1 folder under this location.
Is there anything else that I should be looking at other than this.
