'failed to load servlet/res' in Firefox and Failed to load undefined in IE when creating a new data

Hi,

I am trying to create a new data model for a new BI Publisher report in Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.140415 version. I checked whether the system is in maintenance is on or off. It is in off mode.

Also i restarted the services by following the navigation Start -> All Programs -> Oracle Business Intelligence -> Stop BI services. After the services are stopped then started again

Start -> All Programs -> Oracle Business Intelligence -> Start BI services.

I also read about the java path but i am sure which environment variable to be set.I am assuming it would PATH.
