Above show the outcome and differences. As outlines from the left is used to apply for SQL patch on the right and the outcome on the right shows that optimiser has added on with NO_ACCESS to both OUTLINE_LEAF thus 4 ACCESS HINTS to the leafs were became Unused or ignored shown in the Hint Report. How could I make further changes to direct optimiser to follow the same hash plan on the left?
I have attached both source and target plans in text format. The target DB was using all outlines copied from source DB but different plan was generated.
