Oracle12c R2 Cloud Control deployed on RHEL 6.4 operating system
My environment is working fine since last three weeks
today morning my OEM Cloud Control console is not able to open in my browser.
when i checked, I'm facing below problem while status the oms service

WebTier is Up
Oracle Management Server is not functioning because of the following reason:
Failed to connect to repository database. OMS will be automatically restarted once it identifies that database and listener are up.
I try to stop and start both oms and agent but same problem faced.
Would you please share that what i've to check like any configuration or log file and how to correct it for make it as workable again.
