Failed to connect to PostgreSQL with 23.1 while 22.2.1 still works fine

Hi,

Just start to use 23.1 and encountered connection error for PostgreSQL which was working fine (still is) with 22.2.1 on MacOS with Apple Silicon.

'An error was encountered performing the requested operation:

Something unusual has occurred to cause the driver to fail. Please report this exception.

Vendor code 0'

Any hint to get around this error as 22.2.1 still works with the same connection.
PostgreSQL driver version is 42.6.0.
