Failed Login Attempts

I have a failed login alert from Grid.
The Grid user DBSNMP tried to login 346 times and got failed.
DBSNMP is used for monitoring and we kept the parameter failed_login_attempt to unlimited. can anyone tell me why we are getting this message continuously on our production server and how to resolve this?
