Failed Creating Table ORA-24344: success with compilation error

I'm using Oracle XE in Windows XP. Whenever I try to create a table with a new sequence, I get this error:

Creating table "Session" failed.
Failed Creating Table ORA-24344: success with compilation error ORA-00942: table or view does not exist ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
