Fail to schedule job under Scheduler in SQL Developer.

Version i am using is Oracle 11g.

Team,

I was trying to schedule a job i have ever worked with scheduling jobs this is first time.

I was trying to execute a simple PLSQL block only for once at a a certain time.

When i was creating a Job ..i followed the steps .through below given link. and set only recipient email address not sent email address and gave date and time...while creating job i am facing below error ...
