Fail to Install report server in Win XP Service Pack 2

Hi,

I tried to install Oracle application server 10.1.2.0.2 forms and report server in Win XP platform. After installation, i try to run the test.pdf,
"REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server rep_FRService1012 failed to start.oracle.reports.RWException: IDL:oracle/reports/RWException:1.0" error"

i'm ensure "REPORT_TMP" set to a validate directory.
Anybody have any idea ?
