Hi All,
Could you please help me to resolve the below error.
While inserting data to custom table i am getting below error.

ORA-38466: user does not have privileges to CREATE/MODIFY expressions
ORA-06512: at "EXFSYS.EXF$VALIDATE_22", line 24
