F9 (List of Values) not working

Hi ... I am using Devloper Suite and database 10g R2 on an XP platform (database and developer on single development machine).

I have a form with several fields that contain a LOV's. List of Values is shown on the bottom status bar correctly but when pressing the F9 key no list is shown. Other function keys (like F11/Ctrl F11 for enter/execute query) are working fine.

Any ideas?
