Extraction of VM Templates

Hello All,
I downloaded 2 VM Templates (V16233-01.zip and V16234-01.zip) files from the e-Delivery site and having problems to extract them.
I will greatly appreciate if someone could explain how to proceed to extract the image file contained inside the multiparts zip files.
