Extracting the exterior ring and interior rings from a polygon geometry
Hey all,
My question is this: Is there any easy way of retrieving the polygon rings that make up a polygon geometry, using pl/sql, the sdoapi, or any other way.
The reason I need to know this is that I have a table of parcel borders and a table of parcel surfaces and I need to be able to group the parcel borders according to the polygon ring of the parcel surface to which they belong.
