extracting data from sysbase and improt into oracle

hii all

I have a database sybase and I need to export data from its table and insert it to oracle database the to databases have the same structure if there is any tool helps me because the database is very very large
I used Embarcadero DBArtisan 8.5.0 but not valid because of the date data type has diffrance between this two databases
