Extract text from html

Hello.

I´ve a varchar column that stores text that contains html tags, for example:

<P><STRONG><U>Director.</U></STRONG></P>
<P>Procedure Manual.</P>
<P>Management knowledge required.</P>

and need to get the plain text:

Director. Procedure Manual. Management knowledge required.

Exist a function to extract it?
