Extract Supporting detail information from Hyperion Financial Reporting

hello,

users enter supporting details in Planning web form. I know we can extract them through LCM. But We want to give access to users to pull /Extract the Supporting details. Is there any way user can extract all the Supporting details from Either webform or FR reporting? Appreciate your insights on this?
