Extract SQL from Custom Folders - "in a batch" ?

We are doing a large consolidation/migration effort for our multiple EBS instances and I need to review ALL of the SQL in our 536 custom folders for possible remediation - don't ask me why we have 536 custom folder, I just inherited the task smile.

I'm new to Discoverer, but I know I can go into Disco Admin and do the cut and paste thing, but that's a real drag for this many folders. I"m thinkg there has to be a way to extract all this sql in a batch mode or run some sql from the "back end" to provide this. All suggestions and help is greatly appreciate !!
