extract not starting and even report file is not generating

HI Experts

I am using Oracle 11g on Win 64 Bit and using Oracle Goldengate 11.2 version. When I am trying to Start the extract then its not starting even report is also not generating. Manage is running.

Any Idea What could be a reason. why the extract report is not generating.
