Everything was working fine on my Windows 8 machine. However once I switched to Windows 10(64) it stopped working. Neither I could find an error log in my ggscerr.log nor in rpt file.
I am using Golden Gate version 12.1.2.1.0 (tried with various versions including 11.1.2 ). I could start my manager. However once I start my extract it says it is starting but not getting started.

One thing I found is , once I double click on the extract.exe file it pops up with the following error (see the screenshot attached). Earlier I had the same issue with my ggsci.exe , which was resolved by setting path variable to my instaclient installation location. Please help me out.
