******Extract date from a timestamp column what is the best way?*******

656368Jun 1 2009 — edited Jun 1 2009
I have following values in the table:

3/9/2008 7:00:00.000000 PM
NULL
11/17/2005 6:00:00.000000 PM
4/22/2004 7:00:00.000000 PM
4/14/2009 12:00:00.000000 AM
4/30/2009 12:00:00.000000 AM
NULL
5/16/1997 12:00:00.000000 AM

Expected values when I do the conversion, basically I need to take the date part from the timestamp and append 23:59:59
3/9/2008 23:59:59
NULL
11/17/2005 23:59:59
4/22/2004 23:59:59
4/14/2009 23:59:59
4/30/2009 23:59:59
NULL
5/16/1997 23:59:59
