External user unable to access beehiveonline

I've added a particular user to the client's BeehiveOnline site, along with the 20 other people. Only this one person is having trouble. Looks like he is using Explorer and ends up with

Can't reach this page

*Make sure the web address https://beehiveonline.oracle.com is correct

Any suggestions on where I can point him for a solution?
