External Table - Querying fails with Terminator not found

Hi,

I have an external table created in 11g. I have a csv file to be uploaded respective to External Table.

Its failing to query/load with the following error :

KUP-04037 - Terminator not found

I received this csv file from a client in US.

I am able to load/query the External table if the location/file is changed.

I mean with the same content if I create a new csv file (copied the contents from the csv file sent by Client and pasted in new csv file), and changed the location parameter of the external table.

Please assist me in resolving this issue.
