Extents History

Hi Friends,

How I can check the extents history for a tablespace or table. I want to know what is initial next extent size and did some one change the extent size to a higher number. And if yes, how much they have increases.

Lets say my initial next extent size is 100K. And it is changed to 500K. I want to see both values.
