Hello,
I'm currently failing to get the SQL Developer Extension for VSCode to activate. At the bottom the message “Activating Oracle SQL Developer Extension for VSCode…” remains indefinitely.
In the logs I see the following:

A cmd.exe is launched and remains open that shows the below:
I've reviewed the other community posts and threads around seeing this issue but I can't seem to find a solution. I'm assuming it is a policy blocking some element, but reviewing our Defender timeline logs for the machine does not show any blocking occurring from that perspective.
On a previous thread I saw an ask for the DBTools info from the full trace log, so have provided that below.
Any help would be appreciated,
