Extension does not load and stuck in Activating

Currently using Windows 11, and logged in using Azure AD. The extension says it installed successfully, but then gets stuck in Activating. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the extension. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall VSCode but still no luck.
