I just downloaded the latest 23.5ai FREE VM for VirtualBox.
while installing my repos, I got an error .. caused by a 4000 byte limit for a varchar2
Fix was easy. I just don't know if defaults went back to standard or are supposed to be extended
simple check: create table t ( v varchar2(4001) );
