Expose URM Folders in WebDAV (Windows Explorer)

The City of Kamloops currently implementing Webcenter (UCM/URM) Version 11.1.1.3. We are able to expose UCM Contribution Folders in the WebDAV (Windows Explorer) desktop integration suite (DIS) interface. However, we can't expose URM (Records) folders in WebDAV to have the capability for users to drag and drop content directly into URM using the WebDAV interface.

Therefore, does anyone know of a way to:

1) Expose URM Records folders in WebDAV in order that they will display in Windows Explorer, OR
2) Map the UCM contribution folder to have the same properties/functionality as the URM (Records Folders)

Also, does anyone know if this can be done as part of the enhancements provided with Version 11.1.1.6?

We understand that this is not the "out-of-the-box" functionality for UCM/URM, but would like to find a workaround to work with our business processes.
