Exporting Script output of 7 Million records

Using SQL developer 4.0.0

I am trying to export a large script output.

There are 9 million records.

I tried to export to xlsx but I think that excel will not support this many for sure.

I have exported to TSV text file that is about 1.5 gb in size. Please advise on what I can use to view the data as records . I have tried Note++ and Notepad.

Please let me know another way to work with large outputs if you have any.
