Exporting/importing APEX application through PL/SQL

Hi,

Does someone knows if it is possible to export and import an APEX application (that is in the form of SQL script) using PL/SQL?

The same way, how to export and import images and common APEX objects (for instance images, css styles,,,) that appear in an application using PL/SQL?

Thus not using the GUI.
