exporting acces 2003 db

hi,

i''m tring to export an acces db (version 2003) by OMW. After omwb2003.mde settings are done (i mean MDB File Name and so on...) and select Export Database Schema, it shows me the following error messege: Error #48 - XMLExporter - Error occured during DLL loading.
That interrupts the exporting.

what could it depend on?
