Export to Excel is very slow

Friends,

we have a report which is running fine, its runtime is 1 min, when we try to export this its taking almost 15 mins,
any idea whats wrong?

its not happening to all the report. other report are exporting like charm, only 2 or 3 reports are behaving like this.

please share your thoughts,
