Export to Excel Button is not enabled.

Hi,

Requirement
I am using Oracle BI discoverer Olap Plus reports version 10.1.2.48.18. I am unable to export the reports into Excel. Since the Export to excel button is disabled.. What I have to do to enable and export the report to .xls format??

Steps followed:

1. Created BI report.
2. Go to File menu Try to use Export to Excel button but it is disabled.
3. So choose export option then choose entire worbook.then click next button
4. try to export as .xls format but in the crosstab format list of values box I can see the following lists
. Excel(html), *.txt, *.csv,*.pdf. I am not able to see the .xls extension.

What I have to do to export the report into .xls .???

I have to apply any patches or I need to do any changes on app server /BI tool configurations. to enable the Export to Excel button???
