export table in .csv format using script.

Hi every one,

OS :- LINUX(RHEL)

DB :- ORACLE(11.2.0.2)

we have table ex:- emp is updating regularly. requirement is i need to export table in .csv format automatically.and i need to calculate the max data exported in such a way that from next time onward the previous data not to export in generated file.

could you help me to get the output as mentioned above.
