Export Oracle VM images to other formats (VHD, OVF, VMDK, XVA)

We need to get some Oracle VM instances out of Oracle VM... would be a lot nicer if they were exportable to a common format. In the alternative, if anyone here has succeeded in getting a domU out of Oracle VM and into Citrix XenServer, I'd love to know what the sauce was.

Assume all domUs are paravirtualized and all running various versions of Oracle Linux.
