Export large table from apex.oracle.com

Hi all,

I've inherited an application that has been created on apex.oracle.com

I'm migrating the application to a hosted environment, but have hit a problem with 1 of the tables, which is that it has around 200k rows in it. I can't see a way of exporting that quantity of data from SQL workshop, it restricts me to 500. Is there a way to do this?
