Export just one cube from AW (from Dev to Test)

I am a newbie to OLAP so have a basic question about EIF

We have AW with 2 cubes. Is it possible to export/ import all dimension and cube using EIF from one envoirnment to another (DEv to Test). Do I need to create same user and AW (names). What are the steps involved

Importantly, if we create another cube in same AW at some later time . (Now have 3 cubes) Can we have just import/export of only the newly created cube ( 2 earlier cubes and Dims already being in Test at this point).
