Export issue:saw.dll instead of cvs file in Chrome

Hi Experts,
We have a problem while exporting data from BIEE Dashboard in Chrome. Instead of a CVS file, we got a saw.dll file exported. When we opend the saw.dll with text editor, the data was shown in text, however, we want to use it in Excel.
Please advise if you have any idea.
BIEE Version:11.1.1.5.0
